The Opportunity


The Pricing Competence Center Internship role is part of the Billing and Care department and it is addressed to English-speaking economics or a related field students. The internship lasts 6 months, and it is part-time (20 hours/week), with flexible schedule. Working arrangement is hybrid and the office is located near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.
We are looking to extend the contract or offer a full-time position at the end of the internship, given that the interns’ results were satisfactory and the students are available and willing to continue to grow and develop professionally with us.


Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction related to service and behavior by ensuring efficient and effective interaction with internal customers.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Pricing Administration Competence Center (PACC), Billing, CACC, local and regional Pricing teams. Continuous communication in order to enable the best decision based on the latest available information. Be aware of and understand the wider business environment.
• Analyze and understand the Pricing strategies of different Business Units;
• Maintenance of contractual conditions in Pri Ma system: List prices, discounts, net prices and rebate agreements;
• Maintenance of campaigns and promotions in Pri Ma system;
• Blocked documents: analyze blocked orders with local pricing teams and remove the billing blocks after approval;

• To be actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance and Banks, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Good communication & collaboration skills
• Demonstrated high reliability and self-motivation
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
