What We’re Looking For:

• Successfully passed the Romanian Bar Exam;
• Strong interest in banking and finance law, with relevant coursework or internships a plus;
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment;
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude;

As a member of our dedicated Banking, Finance and Capital Markets team, you will:

• Learn to advise clients on the EU and national legal framework applicable to banks, payments institutions, stock exchange and securities regulations and investment funds; assist lenders/borrowers in complex loan transactions; advise companies in preparation for IPO, admission to trading on the stock market, bonds/shares issues, stock option plans, crowdfunding platforms, fintechs, etc.
• Draft and review various contracts and other legal documents;
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs;
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts to provide comprehensive legal support;
