  Process the Purchase Order requests from the stakeholders;
• Accurate and timely processing of all Purchase Orders;
• Keep detailed records of purchases;
• Assist in the receipt of purchased products and services;
• Secure Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) being balanced;
• Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments;
• Provide services to end-users and stakeholders;
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Sourcing and Purchase to Pay Community;
• Perform reports;
• Drive improvement (tools and processes).

• Bachelor’s degree within relevant areas or corresponding work experience;
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Analytical Skills, Team player and attention towards details.
