What we’re looking for
What you’ll be doing
- Manage project team, plan, follow-up and deliver the ICT complex solution acquired by the customers.
- Define the scope, objectives and deliverables of the projects in collaboration with project team.
- Define the project plan, using Gantt chart tools, organizing kick-off and status meetings with project team.
- Manage the relationship with sponsors, stakeholders and project team.
- Communicates the expectations related to the project to the team members and to all the parties involved, on time and in a clear manner.
- Establishes the deadlines and intermediate objectives of the project using appropriate tools.
- Monitors the fulfillment of intermediate objectives and deliverables.
- Determines the frequency and content of progress/status reports together with the project team, analyzes the results and deals with solving the problems that arise.
- Defines the success criteria of the project and distributes them to the parties involved throughout the project.
- Responsible for the quality of the deliverables sent to clients within the projects.
- Estimates the resources and participants necessary to fulfill the goals of the project.
- Identify and manage the dependency factors and the critical path of the project.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentations.
What you need to know/have
- University degree in Economics or Telecommunication preferably;
- Experience in telecom or IT environment;
- Experience in project management for more than 3 years;
- Proven knowledge and/or certifications in Project Management;
- Recommendation letters from previous projects/clients would be a plus;
- Very good communication at all levels, including Top management level;
- Microsoft office (word, excel, Power Point, Visio) and MS Project using experience.
- Fluency in English.
