What we’re looking for
We are looking for a SOHO Segment Manager to develop marketing segmented portfolio strategy for the business segments and related policies, to promote the company’s products and services for SOHO segment. He/ She will create and update the value proposition for the SOHO segment, will coordinate GTM and content generation actions for the SOHO segment.
What you’ll be doing
1. Market view
6. Develop close and effective internal relationships with all departments, including Marketing department, Corporate Customer Services department, Sales, Finance department, Technology department.
7. Provide sales support to increase revenue and further sales opportunities.
8. Ensure the portfolio complies with Legal and Government Bodies.
- Market equation per segment: Market overview, analyze the potential on the market, information and trends on the market
- Identify segment behaviors: verticals, horizontals
- Managing the customer profiling process and identifying the core specific characteristics for each customer profile.
- Define value proposition per segment and performance monitoring/improving
- Conceive possible approach strategies for each defined segment.
- Benchmark per segment
- Customer experience follow up per segment
- Define targets per segment
- Results monitoring and reporting versus target
- Propose improvement actions: product development, offer refresh, product refresh
- Customer visits
- Develop and implement half year operational marketing plan
- Coordinate GTM for new products
- Drive the delivery of the content marketing materials (ie. full pack for flagship)
- Create content marketing materials for convergent, segment proposition
- Work with Marcom to articulate the content marketing roadmap and delivery
- Create, improve, adapt content marketing for segment
- Define dedicated offers by verticals & company size
- Ensure delivery of KPIs targets for the portfolio.
- Ensure that key internal and external suppliers fully understand requirements during in life, enhancements and new developments and deliver against them within performance targets.
- Ensure that all elements of the assigned portfolio are fit for purpose and that all customer facing functions have the adequate tools, messages and abilities to sell and support the propositions within all channels and segments.
- Implement a continuous improvement program around new and existing propositions for the assigned portfolio.
- Customer Segmentation process: Managing the customer profiling process and identifying the core specific characteristics for each CC profile. Conceive possible approach strategies for each defined segment

What you need to know/have
Professional Know-How:
- MS office
- English - fluent
- knowledge of telecom marketing
- university degree
- minimum 3 years experience in marketing/sales in telecom
