What we’re looking for
- You are able to work comfortably in a fast-changing environment on interesting technical challenges

What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for solutions design and E2E delivery in agreed OLA
- Real-time analysis and coordination of assigned customer implementations
- Initiates escalation process in case of detected performance degradation
- Perform OLA monitoring
- Involved in new solution definition for corporate customers
- Access transport technologies (PDH, FO, wireless radios, 3G/4G)
- Solution design over MPLS
- Security solutions based on Cisco and Fortinet technologies
What you need to know/have
- Good knowledge of IP and dynamic routing protocols Voice & data convergent solutions
- Python/Mysql/Php is an advantage
- Good English level
