What we’re looking for
We are looking for a new enthusiastic senior colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania.
The role involves the coordination of the Source to Contract team, responsible for the deployment, Run&maintenance and support activities for Sprint solution users in Orange group entities.

What you’ll be doing
Operational activities:
- Obtain and clarify the business needs, write down specifications of the change into user stories
- Participate at roadmap creation and prioritization of demands
- Configure Ivalua to meet business user requirements
- Interrogate database using SQL
- Coordinate yearly application upgrade
- Build test scenarios, perform tests and assist the business during the acceptance phase
- Troubleshoot and handle issues related to Ivalua system
- Act as level 2 and 3 supports for issues raised by users in his/her area of competence, analyze and takes appropriate measures to remedy them
- Participate in projects, to align and validate the proposed solutions with the applicants and project sponsor
- Create/update functional specifications documents
- Anticipate risks and be able to define and manage corrective action plans
- Prepare and sustain synthetic presentations for arbitration and decision making
- You will challenge as-is processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking and propose / outline sustainable solution options
- Pass the ERP editor (Ivalua) training and certification
- Recruit, develop and mentor team members
- Provide guidance and instructions to the team
- Set KPIs and monitor team progress towards individual and team goals
What you need to know/have
- Minim 5 years relevant experience working with IT corporate software ( ideally as a Business Analyst/Project Manager)
- Understand database concepts, processes and interdependencies in system configuration
- SQL basic skills
- Fluency in English & French
- Previous experience in people management is considered a plus
- Sense of results, leadership
- Excellent planning, organizing and coordinating competences
- Very good communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
