Specifically, you will be required to:
Data Analysis & Insights

Gather, analyse and interpret data related to production management process, including production throughput, error rates and resource utilization
Identify trend patterns, root causes or bottlenecks within production workflows.
Effective analysis of production management data, to drive improvements & stability on SLA, TAT metrics.

Performance management & Reporting

Develop and maintain performance & skill metrics, dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to production management.
Generate periodical reports and present to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct post implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement and measure impact on operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, document current production process & workflows.
Streamline and actively participate in daily regional shift hand overs and collaborate with cross – cultural teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Work closely with business managers, operational teams, technology teams, and regional stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
Demonstrate & facilitate workshops within & cross regional teams & driven consensus on improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationship with regional stakeholders to foster a collaborative & supportive environment for driving operational excellence within Group operations.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours during product launches and production issues.

Profile required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field
Proven experience as a Team lead, Business Analyst or similar role within a back-office service industry (ideally Banking / Financial Services), with a focus on production management
Analytical mind set with abilities to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for optimization.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure Operations
Experience with production management tools, incident management process, and framework is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work in a fast – paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
