What we’re looking for
- Strong candidate with analytical and design skills, adequate knowledge of software and hardware technology, in in order to define, design, create, test, implement and modify computer systems that contain software as the main the component, capable of driving other members of the team towards the transformation of operations and continuous adaptation
- Ensure visibility within the organization, mediates communication within the department
- Adaptation and/or harmonization activities of hardware solutions, software and operating systems, as well as applications existing or designed to the real or estimated needs of the users, in order to fulfill the requirements regarding satisfaction the degree of request (response time)
- Ensure the performance of the services and the platform as defined in the application service objectives
- Involved in complex operations, administration and optimization tasks for service platforms common.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a single entry point for new projects and identify the proper resource within the team
- First level of escalation in the relationship with SDM / OLS / Customers: attend to joint sessions or emergency meetings; centralizes and channels the requests received to team
- Expert in his field, ready to support all other team members, being constantly at current with all the new technologies and trends in his field
- Ensure that the team is connected to the business climate and at the same time guarantees their initiatives publicity and appropriate visibility in the organization
- Constantly search for important information for the operation of the services under responsibility and is involved in all the communities and initiatives that bring value to his field
- Lead automation initiatives (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment, automating repetitive tasks)
- Make possible and encourage the transfer of activities to lower levels of support in case automation is not fully possible
- Manage the existing technological architecture within the platforms in the management area and provides feedback/improvement solutions to the OLS project teams when there are problems
- Contribute to the infrastructure design activities within the organization, together with the teams of project
- Be part of performance evaluation process within the team, constantly offering and consistent feedback for each team member
- Contribute to all processes in its area of activity: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management
- Responsible for the quality of the functioning of the services and platforms: he ensures that the key indicators are maintained in accordance with existing service level agreements
- Develop scripts to automate tasks
- Install and configure software systems, new versions and patches
- Develop, adapt and install technical and functional system monitoring solutions software
- Monitor application performance indicators to prevent unavailability services used by users
- Respond to customer complaints, evaluates and solves their problems, provides case analysis incidents
- Generate reports on demand regarding the quality of services.
- Constantly monitors the level of use of hardware and virtual resources from the responsibility and make predictions relative to its evolution and ask for supplementation where appropriate.
What you need to know/have
- Very good understanding of the general architecture of IT services
- Understanding how the most common protocols in the TCP/IP stack work
- Administration of Linux systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Linux custom OS)

Administration, configuration and troubleshooting for:
- Web servers: Apache, Ngnix
- Databases: Oracle, My SQL and non-SQL databases (Mongo DB)
- Technical monitoring systems: Nagios, Prometheus
- Virtualization technologies: Vm Ware, VRA-VROPS-VRLI, Open Stack
- Centralized configuration management systems: Ansible, Jenkins, Salt
- Log management systems: ELK stack, rsyslog/syslog, syslog-ng, fluentd -
- Scripting and/or programming in at least one of the languages: Bash, Python
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL standard (V3/V4) and Agile methodologies
- Advanced level English
- The French language is a plus
- Developed skills for rapid isolation of the potential causes underlying technical defects

Education and experience (minimum required level):
- Graduate of a technical faculty (IT/Telecommunications)
- 4 years of experience in the technical field (IT/Telecommunications)
- 1 years of experience in a similar role or in charge of projects, processes, etc
