Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.
• Stay updated with accounting best practices and changes in financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Xero).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or other relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA).
• Experience with tax preparation and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll processing.
