The project: This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia. Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are: Safety first - Going home safe and well Client focus - Deliver on our promise Integrity - Always do the right thing Create opportunity for our people to excel You’ll be responsible for: - Partnering with key senior internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to engage and integrate supply chain. - Capturing innovation and industry best practice and actively promotes the highest Health, Safety and Wellbeing and quality standards. - Managing, influencing and negotiating with key senior stakeholders (up to c-suite). - Providing expert technical advice and guidance to bid strategy development, directs negotiations and drives the tender process and evaluation of tenders. - Driving supply chain performance management including market intelligence, market shaping and supply chain resilience. - Executing commercial management of contractual agreements if required and provides client advisory services on procurement and supply chain process and policies. - Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change. - Providing leadership & direction through teams/Managers. - Managing a large team/s of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success & KPIs, including a continuous improvement culture. - Providing performance management, technical & career development, and coaching. - Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. - Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). - Proven experience of delivering package procurements and supply chain management on past projects and managing senior professionals. Please note: Obtaining a visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to a criminal record check, qualifications and may encounter age restrictions.
