Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and capture new project opportunities, especially within Giga and Mega projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and client needs to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Proposal Development: Oversee and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
- Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the firm’s services and build brand awareness.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and project execution.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development within the engineering consulting industry.
- Proven experience in securing Giga and Mega projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering consultancy services and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabia or similar markets.
- Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure projects.
