Brief Job Description :
Contract administration of projects.

Expertise in preparation of Extension of Time, delay claims and delay analysis.

Correspondence with management and coordination with planning team and site personnel.

Providing legal input for arbitration matters and other legal issues.

Dispute resolution initiation and preparation of claim.

Contracts MIS maintanance and monitoring

Managing variations / Extra work claims in consultation with the project team.

Position : Contracts & Claiming Manager

Required year of Experience : 10 +Years

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech
