- Significant experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial management and Strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of the product and competitive environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Strong network of connections
- Relevant education on business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field is required
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Sales role with the proven ability to close a sale.
- A passion for sales and target-based performance.
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Strong negotiation skills and creative selling ability.
- Fluency in Arabic is crucial, but proficiency in English or other languages would be beneficial.
- Daily monitoring and analysis of the hotel’s sales performance; evaluation of the market mix and revenue forecasts.
- Retaining of current business and contracting of new accounts.
- Development and design of attractive offers and packages for guests, travel agents and corporate clients.
- Setting Sales Targets for self and team.
- Assigns sales territory, target groups and sales quota allocations.
- Coordinates sales activities with all relevant departments.
- Prepares and submits plans, budgets, progress reports and sales reports regularly.
- Manages human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews.
- Researches competitors' products/services.
- Develops goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Team.
- Develops and conducts sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.
- Makes productive sales call daily.
