Executive Assistant

1. Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional HR Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by compiling data and performing detailed analyses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the Regional HR Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the HR office.
Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Business Administration or
any related field, Bachelor Degree is preferable
Experience:
1-2 years of Experience in the field of Secretarial work
