Job Title: FEMALE Business Development Officer / Assistant (Restaurant Company)
Location: Laysen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer/Assistant with a proven track record of success in supporting the pre-opening phases of new restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, market analysis, site selection, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, design) to ensure a seamless pre-opening process, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
Pre-Launch Marketing Assistance: Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies to generate excitement and build awareness for new restaurant openings.
Community Outreach: Establish strong relationships with local communities, neighborhood organizations, and potential partners to foster a positive brand presence.
Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including brokers, developers, and landlords. Negotiate lease agreements and secure favorable terms for new restaurant locations.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new restaurant locations, including analysis of demographics, competition, and local regulations.
Site Selection: Evaluate potential sites for new restaurant locations based on factors such as foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and alignment with overall brand positioning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in business development, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Experience in restaurant pre-opening processes is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of the local restaurant landscape, competitor dynamics, and consumer trends.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
