Functional Consultant - Warehouse Management

The Role:
Cooperative Computing is looking an experienced Functional Consultant Oracle Warehouse Management to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) module to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle WMS functionalities and best practices, as well as the ability to work closely with clients to deliver efficient and effective warehouse management solutions.

Cooperative Computing is looking an experienced Functional Consultant Oracle Warehouse Management to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) module to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle WMS functionalities and best practices, as well as the ability to work closely with clients to deliver efficient and effective warehouse management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Oracle certifications in WMS or related modules are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Prior experience in KSA or the Middle East will be an additional preference.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) module, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand their warehouse management processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle WMS.
- Design and document functional specifications and system configurations that meet the client's business needs. Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable and adaptable to future changes.
- Provide training to end-users on Oracle WMS functionalities and processes. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation phase.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle WMS implementation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and other business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules and systems.
- Oversee the customization and integration of Oracle WMS with other enterprise systems as needed. Ensure that all customizations adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle WMS features and enhancements. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and solutions delivered to clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle WMS functionalities, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP cloud modules and their integration with Oracle WMS.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant Oracle development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead and deliver Oracle WMS implementation projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, timely support, and the delivery of robust, scalable Oracle WMS solutions.
- Enable clients to achieve greater operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and streamlined warehouse processes through the effective deployment of Oracle WMS.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on the latest Oracle WMS features and enhancements, and proactively applying this knowledge to optimize client solutions.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Have you worked on Oracle Warehouse Management System projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the Middle East?
- Oracle WMS module: 5 years (Preferred)
- Arabic (Required)
- English (Preferred)
