Job Description and Requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Implement the annual recruitment plan based on the manpower requirements.
3. Ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
4. Advertise vacancies through various channels including the recruitment platforms, and recruitment agencies.
5. Leverage job fairs, university partnerships, and employee referral programs to attract top talent.
6.Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with the Department Heads.
7. Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Prepare regular recruitment reports.
2. Coordinate with Section Heads to identify training needs.
3. Ensure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
4. Communicate with universities and colleges to set up internship programs, including program outlines and durations.
5. Oversee the selection and onboarding process for interns, ensuring they receive proper orientation and guidance.
6. Ensure that training data is disclosed and uploaded to the Qiwa platform
Administration or any related field.
HR Professional Certificate is preferable.
1-3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
