The Role:
We are looking for experienced Lead Estimator - Civil to join our team and grow with us!
The candidate must hold with infrastructure/ heavy civils expertise + expert level knowledge in estimating software (Candy preferred).
The major responsibilities will include:
- Develop estimates from first principles.
- Carryout material and subcontracts adjudication.
- Contribute to technical proposal deliverables.
- Prepare Top Sheet & indirect cost estimate.
- Lead & defend proposal presentation to higher management.
- Lead post-award hand over.
- B.Sc. Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years diversified experience including preferably 4 years on site and over 8 years as a Sr. Estimator.
- Infrastructure & Heavy Civils expertise. Some Marine experience is advantageous.
- Highly skilled in Estimation Software preferably CCS.
- Cost awareness, technical knowledge & understanding of execution methodology.
- High level of systematic thinking and Organization.
