The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

You’ll need to have:

A degree in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field and work experience in construction or similar field, including managerial experience.
Good communications skills.
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Ability to conduct, evaluate and develop OH and wellbeing programmes based on health needs assessment.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Proven problem solving and critical analysis skills used in practice.
Ability to deal with stakeholders at site level.
Proven evidence of continual personal development and role progression

You’ll also have:

Requires knowledge of organizational practices, processes, and current technology.
Business Management experience with knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management preferred.
