Powder Coating Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for Powder Coating Manager/Supervisor on permanent basis for one of the leading company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To contribute to and manage the work of the Powder Coating Team, to ensure the quality of product and achievement of KPI’s, whilst adhering to quality processes and Health and Safety protocols.
Key Tasks:

Help lead the Powder Coating Team by example by promoting a safe, clean, and tidy working environment.
Ensure all NCRs are logged and preventative actions are put in place.
Report faults to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team.
Ensure all Teams follow the Job Specification.
Help ensure that all outputs are “Right First Time”.
Carry out Toolbox Talks with the Powder Coating Team.
Liaise with other Team Leaders on the shift.
Support the Senior Management Team.

Person Specification:

8-15 years of Powder Coating experience.
Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team.
Familiar with modern manufacturing processes, ideally working with Polyester-based powder/Epoxy-based powder/Hybrid Powder Coatings/Functional Coating.
Ability to follow Powder Coating Procedures.
Accomplished people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead.
