Position Overview:
Naqi Hygiene is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations at our facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing, with a focus on hygiene and cosmetic products, and will be capable of leading a production team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental regulations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to contribute to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products, ensuring that manufacturing processes are aligned with product design and performance specifications.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the production team to achieve production targets while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment, raw materials, and other resources necessary for production.
• Health & Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations and that the team is trained on safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Manage the production budget, including labor, materials, and operational expenses, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with a focus on hygiene and cosmetic products.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to chemical production.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with the HORECA segment and its specific requirements.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards and compliance.
