We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor (Saudi only)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Company: Jadarat Al Bina
About Us: Join our dynamic team at Jadarat Al Bina. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse operations.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
