Job Description:

• Warehouse Operations – Support supervisor in the day-to-day operation activities to ensure on time order fulfilment for inbound and outbound goods
• Manpower Planning – Responsible for planning and assigning the warehouse tasks to the Operations staffs (including OT arrangement for staffs) to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Inventory Control and Accuracy – Conduct weekly/bi-weekly/monthly inventory cycle count to ensure accuracy of inventory data and resolve discrepancies (if any) between the WMS and physical inventory
• Storage Management – Manage storage space and capacity for new and existing stocks to ensure efficient storage utilization
• Communication – Collaborate with other departments such as Business Unit and Finance to prepare necessary documents as required by them to meet business objectives and customer needs
• Safety Compliance - Practice and engage safe work procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures
• Reporting – Submitting weekly inventory report to superior to investigate discrepancies (if any) and prepare/report on any stock adjustment (if required)
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations will be an advantage
