We are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design and renovation team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating design details, communicating with project teams, and ensuring project specifications are met. If you have experience reading architectural drawings and are passionate about the design process, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.3) Roles & Responsibilities :
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in procurement management.
- Coordinate design details between the designer and client, ensuring smooth communication.
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project progress aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Report to the Project Manager on procurement, site progress, and shop drawings status.
- Assist in monitoring project execution to ensure it meets quality standards, and compile final architectural documentation for handover.
