You will be part of the Organisational Excellence & Culture (OE&C) team under the People Matters Division (PMD) at National Library Board. You will support the implementation of key platforms and processes to facilitate timely organisational diagnosis and interventions to support transformation efforts, staff engagement and promote a positive culture. You will also be required to work closely with other teams within PMD on key projects and workstreams.
[What you will be working on]
  • Work as part of a team to design and deliver organisational development (OD) interventions that are aligned with NLB’s strategic business and HR priorities to drive change and nurture a desired culture.
  • Develop and implement staff engagement strategies, recognition process as well as supporting Divisions in their staff engagement efforts.
  • Design & execute interventions across physical and digital channels.
  • Drive internal communications strategy and implementation of internal communications plans for NLB.
  • Planning for NLB townhalls, management walkabouts.
  • Support the planning and execution of the organization wide surveys such as the Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Work on marketing initiatives to promote NLB’s Employee Value Proposition.
  • Help out in other projects, e.g. capability development related work.

[What we are looking for]
  • Experience in OD and transformation, change management and internal communication.
  • Strong conceptual, facilitation, communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoys working in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
  • Candidates without OD experience but with related experience in communications, marketing using social media, systems thinking, and strategic planning are welcome to apply.

Successful applicant will be appointed on a project contract until 31 Dec 2025.
