Assistant Relationship Manager, Global Corporate Banking

The Public Sector team manages corporate clients in Statutory Boards, Ministries, Government Agencies and Temasek Linked Companies. Together with our product partners, we deliver solutions and help clients in their funding, hedging and cash management needs. We are looking for candidates to support the growth of the team and also to grow their career with us. You will have the opportunity to work with different product partners to offer bespoke solutions and across OCBC’s network offices.
What you do:
- Support Relationship Managers in their daily client servicing which includes account opening and account related matters;
- Assist in preparation of Credit Proposals, Reviews and Ad-hoc requests;
- Manage stakeholders involved in entire client on-boarding process to optimize client experience; and
- Conduct market analyses to understand industry trends and to identify new areas of business opportunities.
Who you are
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate Banking and / or Credit Analyst roles.
- Good understanding of loans, cash management products, working capital and FX/IRS solutions.
- Positive, dynamic and self-motivated, possess a can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer skills, a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with people at different levels.
