Assistant Vice President, Marketing

Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the Workspace Marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the real estate sector, with a focus on different workspace clusters (BSP, Light, High-spec, Logistics, Commercial)
- Drive the achievement of the Total New Take-Up (NTU) target, contributing significantly to the company's revenue and growth objectives
- Lead and drive the Digital Marketing Strategies for Singapore and Regional portfolio including expansion of online/offline platforms (including new projects and mixed use commercial centre digital campaign) to generate awareness and increase conversions among potential decision-makers
- Oversee the creation and implementation of cluster marketing workplans, ensuring a minimum of 5 initiatives per cluster are successfully executed.
- Identify and implement marketing opportunities such as trade exhibitions, seminars, events and industry association channels
- Drive the team’s management of Capita Land Workspace Partner Rewards program, which includes publicity, tracking of agent payouts, program enhancements and maintenance of the agent portal
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Leasing to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies

Performance Management:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set realistic targets and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies

Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Workspace Marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence
- Identify skill gaps and provide training or development opportunities to enhance team capabilities

Systems, Processes and Administrative Functions
- Plan and administer the marketing budget, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders for necessary approvals
- Oversee department processes, streamlining and digitalizing marketing/reporting processes to enhance efficiency, including leading Group efforts such as Global Database Project and actively participating in Corporate-Wide Digital Strategy
- Lead team to effectively utilize the CRM system to support Marketing’s reporting needs

Market Analysis and Insights:
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the workspace sector.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure competitiveness in the market
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and driving successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
