Associate Consultant, Health, Communications and Public Affairs

We have an immediate opening for an Associate Consultant to join our growing Southeast Asia Health Practice, based in Singapore.
With a 3-5 years’ experience in health communications, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day support of key aspects of client assignments, preparing client-ready materials and working with junior team members to support the development of their skillsets. Instinctively curious, you’ll demonstrate a strong interest in the macro issues impacting our clients’ business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of communication plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Undertake research that underpins strategic client counsel in all areas of communications and engagement.
- Support the development of compelling communications and content.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated communication campaigns.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, positioning clients as industry experts and leaders in their field.
- Efficiently produce and refine high caliber written materials, including customized messaging, issue briefs, briefings, press materials, and social media content. Actively participate in business development activities including writing proposals and developing pitch decks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS
- 3 to 5 years in PR/strategic communications or media, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Broad range of experience communicating health-related issues and the health care sector
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
