Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for Singapore and Southeast Asia Market
Main lead for all learning and development initiatives in the Market
Partner with appropriate stakeholders to establish and implement technical competency frameworks for the key businesses within Singapore and Southeast Asia Market
Identify and address the training needs of employees across the Market, considering factors such as role, experience level, and location
Align competency frameworks with organizational goals, industry standards, and future trends
Design and roll out effective training programs to bridge the skills gap of the workforce to ensure our employees are equipped to meet the evolving demands of the industry
Collaborate with Business Heads and HODs to ensure training aligns with business objectives
Conduct regular competency assessments to identify skill gaps and development
Collaborate with Division HR Leads to implement talent development programs

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in learning and development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience in developing and implementing technical competency frameworks
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
