Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Branding Manager to lead overall branding initiatives and reputation management with a focus on partnerships and campaigns. This role will work closely with our founder to execute his vision for the company and our brand.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement digital-focused branding and acquisition strategies that are highly integrated with global initiatives aimed at establishing our brand image through various digital touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful campaigns that contribute directly to heightening brand impact and leading to customer acquisition.
This role reports to the Business Operations Director based in Singapore.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our company’s vision, enhancing market positioning and driving customer acquisition.
- Forge strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as media outlets, agencies, brands, digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, UI/UX, Design, Content, Operations) to integrate branding across all customer touchpoints.
- For example: form strategic partnerships, utilising innovative collaboration models, with other online /digital brands or platforms to increase conversion, brand exposure and reach new audiences;
- and work with performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding that resonates with our brand’s identity and drive conversion.
- Define, monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics.
- Manage brand reputation and related communications
- A minimum of 2 years in digital performance marketing/branding, or related roles within an internet-centric business, and a minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
- Fin Tech experience would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting to influence decisions would be highly advantageous.
