Heritage & Threads is a local Singapore-based bespoke tailoring company, founded in 2023. Our goal is to produce high quality bespoke menswear at affordable prices, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Branding & Social Media Growth Marketer to help us grow our business and build our brand.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven individual who can develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate is well-versed in social media usage to help us generate good content, build our brand and followership (we only have 300 followers!), and ultimately grow visibility of the business.
We are looking for someone to help us to grow the brand through the power of social media. If you are willing to put your ideas into the real world and see how it performs, this is a great platform to do so.
We are a small team of 2, so this role is flexible - allowing for work-from-home with occasional on-site appointments. There are no fixed working hours as we are appointments based (including weekends).
We also welcome candidates who may have other professional commitments i.e. we are open to you taking on other full time jobs, as long as you fulfil the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, with Instagram being the main social media) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Create and schedule content that resonates with our target audience, focusing on showcasing the craftsmanship and quality of our tailoring services
Create and schedule educational content about tailored clothing and bespoke suits (we can provide the content)
Collaborate with the tailoring team to create compelling stories and visual content that highlight our brand's heritage and expertise.

Requirements:

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content strategies with a strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Photography skills will be highly advantageous
Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional on-site meetings as required
Ideally a keen interest in fashion or menswear tailoring
Students and part-timers are welcome to apply.
