Cash Relationship Manager - Serial Entrepreneur Segment, Global Commercial Banking

- To acquire new-to-bank high deposits cash clients.
- To manage a portfolio of accounts and proactively engage clients to increase share of wallet by providing customized Cash Management to meet and exceed their operational requirements.
- Provide advisory to customers on best practices for transaction banking requirements and greater cash management effectiveness.
- To cross-sell all other products within the Bank including various types of commercial banking facilities, FX solutions, keyman insurance, premier banking, etc.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product and Operations Teams to ensure the portfolio meets planned revenue and volume projections.
- To assess and manage the potential risks by performing customer due diligence in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s internal procedure manuals.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Institutions (customer acquisition, engagement, cash management sales etc)
- Results oriented and driven with the ability to succeed in a dynamic culture
- Strong business acumen and ability to deliver targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
