Duties of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager:
- Drive the company's digital growth within the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy and SOPs.
- Execute digital campaigns across search engines, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on goals from impressions to sales.
- Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaigns based on trends and insights.
- Conduct A/B and conversion testing.
- Optimize the digital user journey and experience in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, sharing expertise with the team.
- Assess the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Stay abreast of and advise on emerging technologies.
- Diploma holder with 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterpart
- Experience in using Social Media Platform like Xiao Hong Shu, Dou Yin, wechat and etc
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with SEO, SEM and Google Search Engine
