- Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to support the fulfilment of contract obligations on system job scope
- Resolve software and cyber-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-domain technical issues related to system software, hardware, network connectivity.
- Creation and maintenance of system solution documentations including technical specification, procedure, and user manuals.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or Equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Networking, SQL, Cybersecurity and Windows OS

Knowledge in any of the following will be a strong advantage:
- Vulnerabilities Assessment,
- Windows patching or software development knowledge
- Setup and install access control system e.g., key manage system, CCTV, card reader or gantry
- Windows Failover Clustering
- Required to occasionally work outside office hours to support systems or project when required.
- At least 3 years of relevant job experience.
