HANDOVER DEPUTY MANAGER

- To supervise the preparation of the database of the Handover software (HCS), for tracking the documentation necessary during the handover process.
- To define the index in the Turnover / Handover Dossiers.
- To collaborate with the commissioning Manager on the systematization of the Project.
- To collaborate on the creation of control forms for both Pre-commissioning.
- Report to the Handover Manager accomplishing the requirements for HSE and Quality program and costs of the Project.
- To convey the philosophy of Handover to the different departments and teams mobilized to Site to make them aware of the priorities for the handover.
- To assure the correct actions to keep the database always updated, allowing the proper coordination among the Subcontractor, TR and Client working teams providing accurate progress status to the Project Management.
- Supervision on the elaboration of the Turnover / Handover Dossiers to transfer the Subsystems / Systems to the Commissioning (when applicable) and later on to the Client for the Handover of the Project.
- To coordinate and guarantee a good communication flow between the different departments guiding them to achieve the different milestones for the Handover of the Project.
