Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist to liaise with tenant on outstanding submission after renovation.
  • Assist to prepare documents for Environment Health and Safety audit
  • Assist in preparation of Capex work for 2024
  • Upkeep day to day operations including corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct daily site walk with Cleaning Sup and Technician for cleanliness and building defects
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Preferred studies in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
  • Knowledge in Facilities Management and MS applications
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
