Internship: Global Consumer Financial Services, Consumer Secured Lending - Digital Build [December 2024 to May 2025]

The intern will work closely with the product team and digital build team to build and to test a new module for a consumer lending product. Job scope include the following:
- Understanding the customer journey for the new build
- Working with various stakeholders on preparation of test cases
- Conducting test and documenting testing outcomes, including logging defects and testing rectification
- Assisting the project team for pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities.
- Preparing communication contents, primarily for internal communications
- Supporting digital team for customer/internal user interface changes for any products in the bank's digital loan
- Any other work as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- IT savvy
- Good communication skills
- Coding skills
