- Draft updates to investors; prepare pitch-books, private placement memoranda, and marketing materials
- Work with Portfolio Administration and deal teams on quarterly and annual reports to investors
- Liaise with fund administrator and auditor on bookkeeping and annual audit matters.
- Assist in administrative matters, managing tickers and processing of invoices
Job Requirements:
- Basic accounting principles
- Coding or VBA programming (good to have)
