IT ASSISTANT

• Experienced in Windows/Linux server management, virtual machine management and networking (VLAN)

• Experience in end-user desktop and application troubleshooting

• Well versed in end user applications such as MS Office/Windows/Mac OS

• Knowledge in /PHP/CSS/Python/Database Management

• Physically fit to troubleshoot network-related devices

• Positive attitude, and willing to learn and work as a team

• Customer service oriented

• Reporting to IT Administrator

Responsibilities
1. Monitor system performance and ensure network, system and endpoint security
2. Maintain internal applications and systems such as door access, parking, telephony, security access systems
3. Monitor and manage onsite and offsite backups
4. Maintain and manage CCTV and WIFI system network
5. Provide end users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software and network issue
6. Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
7. Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plans and technical documentation
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time
5.5 day week (excluding public holidays).
We have medical & dental benefits, medical leave and annual leave encashment, and also REVENUE sharing. Salary S$2,200 ~ 3,000pm.
