What we seek to accomplish together:


This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.


Responsibilities:

• Provide Desktop Support services to users.

• This entails receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively addressing end-user help requests, as well as escalating incidents when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and meet SLA expectations.

• Conduct troubleshooting for issues encountered by users.

• Carry out asset inventories.

• Facilitate technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.

• Update incident records.

• Create and revise work instructions as needed.

• Document standards and procedures where applicable.
  

A little about you:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with at least one year of experience in desktop support.

• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Hold at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents:

• Demonstrate knowledge in supporting workstations and related components.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent coordination abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and work with a sense of urgency.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
