Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Land Transport Manager to join our team and take charge of the overall management of our fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing fleet utilization, ensuring cost-effective operations, and leading a dedicated team of drivers and logistics personnel. - Develop and execute fleet management strategies that maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs, ensuring smooth fleet operations.
- Manage fleet logistics, including GPS tracking, fleet scheduling, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, and monitor vehicle performance.
- Lead and train the delivery team, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork.
- Maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and service providers.
- Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high levels of service quality.
