Having over 20 years experience in the industry allows us to change and tailor our properties to help fulfil the needs of a student, with touches like cosy bedrooms with workspace for study and communal living areas which are great for socialising and gathering as a house.
Our dedicated office and maintenance team is committed to dealing with queries swiftly and effectively ensuring that your tenancy runs as smoothly as possible.
- Front desk: Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls
- Organization: Maintain the office's cleanliness, organization, and supply levels
- Communication: Handle email, faxes, mail, and deliveries
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and employee lists
- Documentation: Maintain files, prepare documents, and update paperwork
- Equipment: Maintain office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and voicemail systems

Research: Conduct research and compile data
Accounting: Perform basic bookkeeping and light accounting duties
Support: Provide support to staff and departments, such as organizing events
Compliance: Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies
