The Centre Support Officer (CSO) provides administration support in the childcare centre. This is a permanent part-time vacancy at one of our childcare centres in the North East (Sengkang) region.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7.30am-12.30pm / 8am-1pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Update and maintain regular and accurate records

Prepare, collect and compile documents

Collate and generate reports

Collect fees and process financial matters

Attend to enquires from walk-in parents and telephone

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
GCE O Level and above

At least 2 years of administrative experience

Strong communication, interpersonal and organising skills

Pleasant disposition

Proficient in Microsoft Office
