The Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team of Tik Tok, is missioned to:

• Protect Tik Tok users, including and beyond content consumers, creators, advertisers.
• Secure platform health and authenticity of community experience .
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve Tik Tok infrastructures, services, tools and algorithms, towards a higher standard of privacy and security.

The BRIC team works to measure and minimize the damage implied by inauthentic behaviors on Tik Tok and its extended platforms, covering multiple classical and novel interity/security areas such as fake account, fake traffic, spam, scraping, cyberbullying, live room risks, incentive fraud, monetization abuse, etc.

Job Description
Day-to-day Cyber Threat Intelligence and Business Threat Intelligence operations including collection, analysis and distribution of finished product to various internal technical and non-technical customers
Perform regular analysis of internal log data to better understand and identify threats and attack trends
Create, develop, and deliver general intelligence services, insider threat intelligence capabilities, and a global delivery service catalog across cyber and other common forms of intelligence offerings
Develop threat intelligence reporting on active groups, relevant developments, and government backed threat actors, analyze security events & incidents and develop attack trending reports
Perform risk remediation prioritization operation to rationalize risk levels and combat fraudulent behaviors in real-time based on threat intelligence information and business priorities.
Curate the threat intelligence platform, aging reports, and maintain intelligence sources as necessary Support the Converged Intelligence mission by producing products that help decision makers prioritize defenses and countermeasures
Identify and assess emerging risks, including analysis of deep and dark web data
Qualifications
Computer science related majors, bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of working experience
Familiarity with underground industry chains, attacking technical mechanisms and details with independent capability to analyze risk impact on business.
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to think critically, objectively, rationally. Reason and communicate in a result-oriented, data-driven manner. High autonomy.
