Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

About the team
What will I be doing?
As a Product Operation Specialist on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with Product Manager (PM), Algorithm, Research & Development (R&D) and human moderation teams to continuously optimize moderation strategies, interface and assistance tools to help our moderators improve efficiency, quality as well as their well-being.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating short-term and long-term roadmaps to improve LIVE human moderation efficiency in case of ensuring human moderation quality.
• Responsible for daily monitoring and analysis of core metrics, adopting related measures to improve abnormal data and driving moderation performance continuous optimization.
• Connect with upstream and downstream business teams such as PM, R&D, algorithm, and human moderation teams to optimize business processes and improve the work efficiency of the entire link.
• Responsible for driving strategic projects, managing the program progress and align with cross functional (xfn) teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 3 years of Internet strategy product or product operation experience, relevant work experience in the field of content safety is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management ability, with experience in complex project management and promotion.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good logical and structural thinking.
• Comfortable using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance.
