Scope:
As a Program Manager, your role will involve overseeing the development and oversee execution of educational programs and co-create innovative solutions across our projects. You will apply design-led processes and design thinking methodologies to create transformative learning experiences for students and driving the I CAN whole school approach.
Responsibilities:

• Program Development & Execution: Lead the development of innovative educational programs using design thinking and various pedagogical models. Ensure effective and efficient program delivery aligned with educational goals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure program success and drive revenue growth.
• Trainer Management: Oversee management of a diverse trainer pool, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
• Program Portfolio Development : Identify new opportunities to expand the program portfolio for overall growth.
• Strategy & Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to define, strategize, and execute various components of the program unit.

Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Experience:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in education, design consultancy, instructional design role or a related field in L&D with passion to work with schools.
• Proven experience in instructional design and familiarity with different educational models, frameworks, and emerging pedagogies.
• Demonstrated experience with design thinking or design-led processes in education is essential.
• Experience managing revenue targets and ensuring operational excellence.

Skills:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for driving change in educational methods.
