3) Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle tender preparation and submission for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and progress claims management.
• Manage contractual matters including project cost control, variation orders, and final claims.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams on contractual negotiations and project timelines.
