Recruitment Coordinator (MNC Technology)

Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling candidate interviews
- Acting as liaison between recruiters and candidates
- Generating offer letters
- Submitting and monitoring background checks
- Monitoring candidate completion of onboarding documents
- Coordinating travel for interview purposes
- Ensuring that the candidate has the best experience from start to finish
- Helped design, optimizing and implementing new software systems for live/on demand interviewing as well as ATS software
- Lead tester on end-to-end testing for business processes in newly implemented ATS
- Lead for onboarding new coordinators as well as constructing and implementing training plan
- Participating as buddy for newly onboarded coordinators in order to assist in getting set up and navigating new Net App environment and culture
- Assisted with SOX Audits
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment coordination/administration or human resource, preferably in MNC environment.
- Do not require in sponsorship to work in Singapore.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month
