This position is with Tik Tok's Server Arch Team. The team is responsible for ensuring that the services provided by Tik Tok are highly reliable with low-latency. Reliability assurance is complex and systematic for any massive application system and the team focuses on optimizing the application architecture from end to end; driven by data analysis, with automatic and intelligent failure recovery.

Job Responsibilities:
1. As the leader of Internationalisation short video group structure/architect, participate in/be responsible for the design and implementation of business service framework and the implementation of new technologies in Internationalisation short video business scenarios. Be able to complete the governance and optimization of online business architecture from the business perspective.
2. Responsible for High Level architecture design principles and business domain model optimization to help businesses better cope with complex architecture iterations and global security compliance challenges.
3. Have rich experience in business architecture design, able to accurately and comprehensively understand the business, and design a reasonable architecture plan according to the development.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, communication, etc. With more than 3 years of development work experience and experience in R & D team management.
2. Have experience in building and planning high-concurrency businesses and promoting complex projects. Have a good business perspective and technical breadth.
3. Have a passion and pursuit for technology, continuously pay attention to and learn new technologies and business architectures in the industry, possess good logical thinking ability and learning ability, and have a strong sense of responsibility/ownership.

Preferred Qualification
1. Good communication skills, good horizontal organization and management skills, and excellent English communication skills are preferred.
